During these difficult times, we’re taking extra steps to ensure our courier service is as safe as possible for both our customers and staff.
Our service remains uninterrupted by the pandemic, but we’re doing everything we can to keep contact to a minimum and help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
EcoSpeed are doing the following:
- We’re asking all of our drivers to regularly wash their hands throughout the day, and keep hand sanitiser in their vehicle.
- We’re no longer taking signatures for proof of delivery to reduce contact with recipients. Instead, we’ll be asking for a name that our drivers can then write down. If you have a specific requirement for a signature, please advise us at time of booking.
- If we’ll be collecting from or delivering to someone who is currently self-isolating, we ask that you inform us at the time of booking so we can make arrangements for a contact-free service, with specified collection/delivery points.
- We’ve asked all of our drivers to self-isolate if they have any coronavirus symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone else who does.
As always, all deliveries booked will use a dedicated vehicle, with only your collection and delivery addresses on the route. This means your consignment won’t come into contact with any other customers’ items.
